Hannaball Rural Computing Services was founded in 1990 by Nikki Hannaford and since then has been providing a farm secretarial service and software sales, training and great backup support to many farmers and small businesses in the Mid North of South Australia.

The financial software we use and sell is Phoenix Gateway, It was designed by Agdata in Queensland specifically for farm businesses and it is the best on the market. It is very easy to learn and use and it produces the information required for GST reporting in the press of a button. Phoenix Lite is a simple cashbook version of the program which is an affordable way to start for those new to computerised bookwork and can be upgraded to the full version at a later date.

The physical recording software that we recommend is PAM QA which is produced by Fairport Technologies in Western Australia. This is a very comprehensive program to record, livestock, cropping, viticultural and horticultural information. It is compatable with GPS mapping and can be downloaded onto a hand held computer for data entry in the field.
