PHOENIX ESSENTIALS

This workshop covers the essential information and skills you need to setup and run Phoenix to complete a BAS. it includes tips & shortcuts, setup and GST, data entry, reconcilliations, completing a BAS, Fuel tax credits, scheduled transactions and backups.

PHOENIX ADVANCED WORKSHOP

Advanced is the next step beyond basic record keeping. It covers the Direct bank feed feature, invoicing, asset account setup and revaluation, EFT payments, Livestock trading accounts, capital purchases, fuel tax credits and much more.

PHOENIX BUDGETING

This workshop covers creating budgets in phoenix from the simplest method to the more detailed worktables and planning tables. it is a powerful program that links easily with the financial module to produce actual and projected cashflows and instant budget comparisons.

INTRO TO PHOENIX PRODUCTION

This workshop provides and introduction to the Cropping, Mapping and Livestock modules both in setup and use.
